Shipping Policy

At Namma Prints, we ensure that your custom-printed products are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery of your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Standard production time for customized printing items is typically 1–3 business days, depending on product type and quantity.
  • During high-demand periods or bulk orders, production time may extend.
  • You will be notified if delays occur due to technical or material availability issues.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time varies by location:
    • Within Bengaluru: 1–3 business days
    • Within Karnataka: 2–5 business days
    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festivals.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on:
    • Delivery location
    • Product weight and size
    • Courier service rates
  • Shipping fees will be visible at checkout before final payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • Namma Prints is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra charges caused by:
    • Incorrect address
    • Incomplete address
    • Wrong contact number
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times depending on their policy.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be sent back to us.
  • Re-dispatching will require additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Open Package on Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, open, or tampered with:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package before opening.
  2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Share the evidence for verification.

We will assist with replacements based on our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Namma Prints does not offer international shipping.
  • We serve customers within India only.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Namma Prints is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions

However, we will assist you in tracking your package and provide updates whenever possible.
