At Namma Prints, every product is custom-printed with care. We aim to deliver high-quality prints that match your expectations. Since our products are personalized and made-to-order, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations outlined below.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. No Returns for Custom-Made Products
All printing items produced by Namma Prints are customized as per the customer’s request.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
- Design or content errors submitted by the customer
- Minor color variations (due to screen-to-print difference)
2. Eligible for Replacement
A replacement is offered only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The print is incorrect compared to the approved design
- The product received is defective or not as described
- There is a manufacturing or printing error from our side
If any of the above issues occur, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
3. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, you must:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
- Provide order details such as order ID, name, and contact number.
Once verified, we will remake and ship the corrected product.
4. Conditions for Replacement Approval
Your replacement request may be rejected if:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours
- The product is used or damaged after delivery by the customer
- The complaint is related to minor color variations
- No evidence (image/video) is provided
- The design submitted by the customer had errors in spelling, alignment, or layout
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once:
- The design is approved
- The order has entered the printing stage
- Materials have been prepared or printing has begun
If the order is still in the pre-printing stage, cancellation may be considered at the sole discretion of Namma Prints.
6. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
- We are unable to fulfill the order
- A replacement is not possible due to stock or production limitations
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Packaging Issues
If the package arrives physically damaged, you must:
- Take photos/videos of the package before opening
- Mention the damage to the delivery person if possible
- Report to us immediately within 24 hours
This helps us process claims with the courier partner.
