- Once the order is approved and sent for printing, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Namma Prints is not responsible for errors in the final print caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Design & Artwork
- Customers must ensure that the artwork or design provided is accurate, clear, and in the required format.
- Namma Prints is not responsible for pixelated, blurry, or low-resolution prints due to poor-quality files.
- If customers request design support, additional charges may apply.
- By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they hold the rights to use the content.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before printing begins.
- We accept online payment methods as displayed on our website.
- Prices may vary based on product type, customization, material, and quantity.
- Taxes or additional charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Estimated delivery dates will be provided but may vary due to production load, shipping partners, or unforeseen events.
- Namma Prints is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
- Since printing products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable unless:
- The product received is damaged
- The order does not match the approved design or specifications
- Replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours with proof (images/video).
- Approved replacements will be processed at no extra cost.
7. Color Disclaimer
- Printed colors may slightly vary from the digital screen due to printing technology and material differences.
- Such minor variations will not be considered a defect.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content on the Namma Prints website are the property of Namma Prints.
- Customers may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Namma Prints will not be liable for:
- Losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
- Design issues arising from customer-submitted artwork
- Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed.

- Customer information such as name, email, address, and contact details will be used only for order processing and service improvement.
- We do not share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
11. Governing Law
